The initial concept preview is free. No refund is needed because no payment is collected before you decide whether to continue.
€50 deposit
The deposit is requested after preview approval and reserves work on the full website. Whether it is refundable depends on work already completed, any agreed cooling-off rights and the signed project terms.
€249 balance
The balance is requested when the agreed website is ready for final handover or launch, subject to the agreed acceptance process. Raise material issues before approving delivery so SUKO can address work within scope.
How to request a review
Email kaif@sukostudios.com with the project name, payment date and reason. Final refund timing, payment-provider mechanics and governing consumer/business rules must be confirmed before launch.
